Chairman Advisory Board

Simon provides AOP with global macro and economic perspectives to help shape the business and investment direction. Simon also opens relevant networks to enhance the business.

Simon is CEO of the independent consultancy DSGAsia Limited, offering analysis of the economies and politics of Asia, working with a variety of multinational and regional entities in the financial, non-financial and governmental spheres. 

Ray Jovanovich

Advisory Board Member

Ray brings a deep background in investment to AOP, in addition he’s Chairman of the Arwon Asia Focus Fund Board, an AOP in-house strategy.

Ray served as the Asia CIO for Amundi from 2001 to 2011. He is a Chairman of the Wabash 1832 Society, and Vice-Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Wabash Endowment.

Rob Wannan

Advisory Board Member

Rob has over 35 years experience in areas of corporate commercial law. He actively shares this value with AOP in a particular around opening networks where needed.

He is a former Chairman of Kemp Strang, a Sydney-based law firm and holds Directorship positions in several. Rob is a shareholder of AOP Capital.

Alex Duperouzel

Advisory Board Member

Alex, brings a wealth of compliance and forensic experience to AOP. He is a Partner and Managing Director of Compliance Asia, a company based in Singapore specializing in the provision of internal audits, AML services, due diligence and investigations in the financial services industry.

Alex is a qualified Chartered Accountant Australia & New Zealand, and a graduate from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce. Alex is a shareholder of AOP Capital.

Anthony D’Silva

Advisory Board Member

Anthony is the Founder of Incu Global, a global multifamily office and fund incubation platform.

Prior to Incu Global, he was a Partner and Managing Director of Apex Investment Consulting and Apex Fund Services, an independent and privately owned globally regulated fund administration and advisory firm.

Anthony is active in helping AOP with advice on fund incorporations, jurisdictional substance ruling and introductions to relevant 3rd parties’ providers that can enhance the AOP offering to funds and PMs.
